1. Can I see the furniture in your store?

We don’t have a traditional furniture showroom, but we do have a representative office in Tallinn at Peterburi tee 46, where we offer individual consultations by prior appointment.

We work with a wide selection of renowned Italian and European brands, each offering an extensive range of models, finishes, and configurations. It's not possible to showcase the entire assortment physically — but we do have original catalogs, fabric and finish samples, as well as a few upholstered furniture samples so you can assess the quality.

Over a cup of coffee, we’ll walk you through each model, show real photos and videos, request specific information from the manufacturer if needed, and when possible, create a 3D visualization. Everything is aimed at helping you make a well-informed decision — in a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

2. What languages do you offer consultations in?

We serve customers in Estonian, English, and Russian — feel free to choose the language you're most comfortable with.

3. What if I can’t find the furniture I need in the online store?

Most of our products are made to order. Even if you can’t find the exact model on the website, it’s likely available in the catalogs of our partner brands. We’ll help you find the right item, contact the manufacturer directly, and place the order according to your preferences.

4. I’m not sure what I need. Can you help?

Absolutely. We offer different levels of assistance — from self-service browsing to personalized selection based on your project or photos. Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll recommend the best options — from what’s available in our online store to unique pieces from our brand collections.

5. How long do I have to wait for my furniture?

If the model you need is in stock at the manufacturer, delivery takes just 2–3 weeks. In other cases, the furniture is made to order at the factory, which usually takes 4 to 8 weeks. Some brands require up to 10–12 weeks.

Keep in mind that Italian factories close for summer holidays in August, which may extend the lead time. Our consultants will always inform you in advance.

6. What payment options are available?

We can issue an invoice for a private person or a company, including all necessary accounting details. Payment can be made via bank transfer, card, installment plan, or even in cash at our representative office. We’ll recommend the most convenient option for your needs.

7. Can you arrange delivery, assembly, and disposal of old furniture?

Yes. Our logistics partner is the reliable Estonian company Kolimisrõõm, with whom we’ve worked for many years. We can organize every stage: delivery, carrying items indoors, assembly, and, if needed, removal of old furniture. These services can be pre-arranged and discussed with our consultant.

8. My renovation isn’t finished, but the furniture is ready. What should I do?

We always discuss timelines in advance with clients and, if necessary, arrange temporary storage of your furniture in a secure warehouse. We can also postpone delivery until your preferred date. The key is to notify us early — and we’ll adapt everything to fit your schedule.
